Crock pot chicken did change our life... so much so that last night Kelly who stated the fact that is the title of my post. wanted to alter it and get a little creative.
So here is how this goes:
4 pieces of chicken
1 cup of water
some fresh broccoli, carrots, and potatoes-sliced
some cavendar's and thyme
we cooked it on low for about 7-8 hours.
We added a little brown rice and some texas pete hot sauce and OH MY GOODNESS it was sooo good!!
This yet again proves the point that kelly is great at throwing things together and make them taste amazing! I on the other hand like to follow they recipe and make it exactly to the recipe!
